Sales & Business Development
On our team both analytical and relational skills are useful. You can work either in a front or back-office position. As an account manager you act on behalf of our company and partners as the business advisor to the distributers and dealers, and on the sales planning team you identify sales and market trends and create the business plans for future sales.
Business Operations
Within our team you can create your career path in different fields. Planning, inventory, and logistics to name a few. Our working processes are closely linked to each other, with the common objective of customer satisfaction. You can develop as a specialist or in a leading role, depending on your interests and competences.
Warehouse Operations
The warehouse is the heart of the business, and we rely on all our great warehouse workers to carry out the daily orders with efficiency and customer care. Teamwork is of essence as well as ability to take responsibility for your specific work tasks. Within the warehouse you find a variety of different work areas to immerse yourself in.
Customer Support
We are the team that provides our customers with responsive, relevant support. It’s ultimately about helping our customers be successful in solving whatever issues their customers might have. Daily we assist in a wide range of errands, from ETDs to setting up new dealers. To see and hear our customers is a core value, and we live it every day.
Accessory Supply
Our team is responsible for the supply of genuine accessories to our customers, and we also create solutions for accessories required and sought after by the Nordic market. One could say that we are the voice of our customers and their needs to HQ and control the total supply chain from sourcing to end distribution.
People & Organization
We believe people can make all the difference in a company's success, and for us it is essential to together with management build a structure that attract new employees and of course also motivate the crew onboard. We manage all traditional processes within HR and consider us to be a service function to all levels of our amazing employees.
Finance
If you have ever worked on a finance department you will feel familiar with all the daily processes and routines that our team manage. What might be exciting and new though, is the international context and being a member of our great European finance team, and the additional financial framework that comes with that. At least we think so.
